Creating our own olive tapenade, we have combined it with our smooth, creamy ricotta... can we be any more Sicilian!!  Taking a bite into this crispy homemade deep-fried pastry shell will definitely make your mouth water.  Topped with a swirl of roasted red pepper and bursting with an array of fresh veggie flavours, this cannoli is all that we say it is!!
