Introducing our NEW SIGNATURE JELLY:  Peach Jalapeno.  It's harvest time and the branches are laden with luscious peaches in the Niagara Region.  Our very own Chef Shivam has been creating incredible jams and jellies to fill the centre of our creamy smooth ricotta and this time, he's added a little heat at the end.  Can't wait for you to try this new flavour sensation!

Stracciatella can refer to a Roman soup, a cheese from Puglia, or a gelato flavour that originated in Lombardy, Italy!  So... when the Cannoli Crunch Team was brainstorming new flavours and Stracciatella was suggested... Chef Maria said, "SOUP!  We're not making cannoli soup!"  Lots of laughs all around and we decided to go with the traditional gelato Stracciatella known for its vanilla flavour with bits of chocolate mixed throughout.  Here you have the Stracciatella Cannoli!

Our traditional cannoli Siciliani are filled with a smooth, creamy ricotta and piped into our crispy, crunchy cannoli pastry shell. The ends are dipped in Pistachio, Chocolate, Cherry, or Orange and then gently sprinkled with icing sugar.

This is where it all began... during Carnevale in the 10th century in Palermo, Sicily, dough was wrapped around "canna" (Italian for river reeds and hence the name, 'cannoli') and deep-fried then stuffed with whipped, sweetened ricotta. In honour of our ancestors and the tradition they began... Cannoli Crunch is proud to base all our Siciliani cannoli on the simple recipe. Buon appetitto tutti!

Our mission at Cannoli Crunch is to create new taste sensations that capture your imagination.

Maria loves to create! As an artist in and out of the kitchen, her driving passion is to bring beauty to life. Being a Chef has allowed her to make masterpieces on a plate. Cannoli Crunch marries the decadent taste of the traditional Sicilian cannoli enhanced with exotic flavours and decorated with mouth watering elegance.

Since 1998, Chef Maria has been active in the culinary culture. She has been a successful restauranteur in Midtown and in the King West District of Toronto. Her most recent delicacies can be found at Morso Me, an authentic Italian scratch kitchen specializing in salads, sandwiches, pastas and desserts to go.

Chef Maria says, "At the core of Cannoli Crunch is our customer. Everyday we sit and think and make a new delight that’s a feast for all your senses. We will WOW you with every bite!"
