RASPBERRY LEMON SORBET CANNOLI

DAIRY FREE:  Imagine a field of fresh raspberries mingled with an orchard grove of lemons.  One day they decide to join forces and create a gelato.  Yes, that's correct... the sweetness of raspberry and tartness of lemon!  We have taken this wonderful flavour of gelato from Coppa Di Gelato Company and filled our homemade, crispy crunchy, deep-fried cannoli shells.   A light dusting of powdered sugar and ruby sugar crystals adds to the beauty and joy!
