Cherries Jubilee Cannoli

Legend has it that Cherries Jubilee was created in 1897 for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee festivities.  Our version is cherry-flavoured creamy, smooth ricotta nestled within our crispy, crunchy pastry shell, and then a plump Amarena cherry perched on top.
