Lemon Cheesecake

Ahhh... The wonders of Sicily. One is their lemons which are known worldwide as having more sweetness than tartness! As a tribute to the lemon and Sicily, we have created a smooth, creamy ricotta lemon flavour. Our crispy, crunchy shell is drizzled with lemon syrup and the ends are finished with fresh lemon zest.  Buon apetito!
