Spikey Lychee Cannoli

Spikey Lychee is Rambutan fruit and it has a tangy, exotic flavour as a cousin to the Lychee.  Here at Cannoli Crunch, we have created an emulsion that we have folded into our smooth, creamy ricotta filling and piped this delectable flavour into our crispy, crunchy shell.  Topped with sugar icing and sparkly crystal sprinkles, the tropics have arrived in case you can't get there!
