The Hamentashen Cannoli

It's a Jewish tradition to serve Hamentashen cookies during the holiday of Purim.  Our take on this tradition is to create a cannoli filled with our creamy, smooth ricotta and dip the ends in our housemade (Bubbie's secret recipe) poppy seed preserve then sprinkle icing sugar on top.  Queen Esther would have been proud to serve this sweet treat during the festivities!
