PROSCIUTTO E MELONE

Oh my!!  Wanna try something truly new!?!  We have combined our smooth, creamy ricotta with a pinch of Italian herbs and wrapped our crispy, crunchy cannoli shell with prosciutto.  We have then piped our savoury ricotta into the shell and finished it off with cantaloupe.  Served at brunch, lunch, or an appetizer, this cannoli is a crowd pleaser!
