Butterfly pea flower tea, commonly known as blue matcha, is a caffeine-free, herbal tea made from an infusion of flower petals.  It's a trending flavour so we just had to blend this rich, earthy powder with our creamy, smooth ricotta, and voila--we have an incredible new gourmet cannoli with a gorgeous blue hue!  Adorning the top is a handmade marzipan flower.  This is a must try!

This is where it all began... during Carnevale in the 10th century in Palermo, Sicily, dough was wrapped around "canna" (Italian for river reeds and hence the name, 'cannoli') and deep-fried then stuffed with whipped, sweetened ricotta. Our mission at Cannoli Crunch is to create new taste sensations that capture your imagination.

Maria loves to create! As an artist in and out of the kitchen, her driving passion is to bring beauty to life. Being a Chef has allowed her to make masterpieces on a plate. Cannoli Crunch marries the decadent taste of the traditional Sicilian cannoli enhanced with exotic flavours and decorated with mouth watering elegance.

Since 1998, Chef Maria has been active in the culinary culture. She has been a successful restauranteur in Midtown and in the King West District of Toronto. Her most recent delicacies can be found at Morso Me, an authentic Italian scratch kitchen specializing in salads, sandwiches, pastas and desserts to go.

Chef Maria says, "At the core of Cannoli Crunch is our customer. Everyday we sit and think and make a new delight that’s a feast for all your senses. We will WOW you with every bite!"
